Colin had a wonderful day yesterday: no bradycardias! Not having his monitors alarm is something we'll gladly get used to - a nice silence. He gained a little weight as well, up to 2 pounds 10 ounces. Most importantly, he continues to tolerate his formula, which is a major step forward for him! They even slightly increased his MCT oil. We're so proud of that little man!
He remains just as cute as ever too! I'll get a new picture or two posted in the coming days. Until then, I'm going to sit back and enjoy the peaceful sound of silence :-)

Hi, Bobby and Ania. This is Katie, your worst neighbor ever! I am so sorry I didn't know what was going on! I think about you guys every time I drive by your house. I was wondering what was going on . . . it was so dark over Christmas. I had no idea you were celebrating the holidays in the NICU with your precious little son.
I have laughed and cried reading this blog. You have done an amazing job! What a wonderful way to record and remember Colin's first days. :) I work with parents with babies in the NICU all of the time, but I've never felt their anguish and joy the way I have reading your posts.
All three of you are in our thoughts and prayers. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know. Colin is lucky to have such wonderful parents!
